With this information we can tell you exactly what your body needs, your weak points and also how to start creating a healthier you…inside and out! 

This assessment is included in your monthly training package if you sign up for personal training or boxing fitness classes.

training

Christiaan is a fitness professional who helps people to identify their personal health and fitness goals, who designs exercise and fitness programs, and educates and motivates people to assist them to reach their health and fitness goals safely and effectively. He assists with muscle building, weight loss, conditioning, rehabilitation, endurance and overall health.

Boxing fitness

Group classes including conditioning, boxing and strength training all jam packed into a powerful hiit session. Come and Challenge yourself! For male and females. 

Gym membership

Month to month contract. If you don’t want a trainer, we offer our facilities at certain times during the day open to the public to use at your own risk.
