I’m an international certified personal trainer. My fitness journey started in 2013 where I competed in my first show. The competition approach was very unhealthy, eating 700-1000 calories per day, did resistance training 6 times a week and 2 hours cardio a day. I mean what was I even thinking? I had a coach that guided me, I had no knowledge. Like most of us we believe that one should cardio to lose weight, which is not completely wrong BUT never overdo and think it’s the only way to lose weight and reach your goals. Ladies are scared to enter the weights section because thats how it was in the old days. Things changed over the years and now woman are training just like men with amazing results. Check out my own transformations over the years from being skinny and partying all the time to a healthy and toned body. From pregnancy picking up 20kg to being in my best condition ever after just 9 months.
After this unhealthy relationship with food and the ‘competition’ mindset, I started doing research, trial and error until I figured it out. This is what we will teach you- how to live a sustainable and healthy life. I also learnt a lot from different fitness coaches over the years which I’m very thankful for. The goal is to have a healthy relationship with food, working out because it’s not a punishment but a reward.
I’m an accredited and certified personal trainer with 12 years’ experience in the industry. I have worked closely with IFBB pro’s and have learned so much from my mentors and will be forever thankful. This has been my passion since the day I started working in this industry and helping to change people’s lives. I have also competed a couple of times before which was the hardest I’ve ever worked physically and mentally. We have helped many clients with diabetes, high cholesterol, blood pressure problems etc.
