Abs is always the hardest part to train. A good solid diet and workout routine is all it takes.

On my ripping routine, i enjoy doing super sets on abs and high intensity workouts. Complimented with a protein and 6 small meals a day.

Whey protein should be fine.

Good old fashion sit ups seem to work best for me. 40 - 45 min a day, break weekends, but stick to diet routine.

Will post my routine and workout shortly.

Keep working at least 1 hour. and eat light food. I will give you total routine. Need some time to make that for you.

Did you post your routine? I already do 30-60 minutes of situps everyday, incorporated with my weight-lifting and treadmill running... But I really want those packs.
