Hi all

I need advice as to using a supplement, what supplement should i use with a high protein levels,
I am split between Muscle Science and Optimum Nutrtion

How do you rate these products and which one should i use

I used to be a big Muscle Science fan when I first started. And I have tried to support most S.A. brands.

You cant really go wrong, because at the end of the day, it comes up to personal preference. So, buy a 2kg tub of one this month, and do the same for the other next month. Then decide which one tasted better, and gave you good recovery time. Also, try SSN. Their powders are my favourite. Cookies and Cream, just awesome.
