Tips for exercises 2 Years, 2 Months ago Karma: -1  
So many people in this world wants to be healthy but they have no time for exercise by that way its not possible to make a healthy life just take out some 1 to 2 hours for exercise so that you will have healthy and happy life. Most effective exercise i this world is walking so if you don't have time just so jogging daily 1 hour.

I think walking is the good alternative of jogging..since not all can jog everyday..in my case I do jog twice a week and instead of using the elevator at work I use the stairs instead..

Hello Everyone...

Its true that staying healthy in today's life is one of the challenge that human is facing....If somebody wants to stay fit and healthy then he or she have to exercise regularly in the morning...Having a morning walk with a bit running ,will help us in stay healthy..

According to my personal fitness instructor.. Always make a new exercise routine, every week.. so the body can adopt new ways to burn fats...
