If you take your bodybuilding as seriously as the internationally renowned professionals do then you will know that this sport calls for you take your required calorie intake as seriously as they do. As you may or may not know, muscle is one of the body’s most difficult tissues to maintain so there has to be a very high input of calories for your body to respond well and appropriately to the bodybuilding regimen.
And hand in hand with the correct calorie intake for the bodybuilder is supplementation. There are many sceptics out there, probably as many as there are those who believe in taking supplements. There is much hype around the use of them - their benefits and disadvantages. But those at the top swear by assisting the body’s natural ability to produce an awe-inspiring physique.
After about a year, I went online and started to research NO2 products to see what people were saying. Surprisingly, most of the reviews were positive. So I did a bit more research on about 10 brands of nitric oxide supplements and from what I read, and the price, NO-Xplode was the best (and cheapest) option.
When I first opened the packet it said I have to “measure my tolerance” by starting off with just 1 scoop (you can take 1-3 per dose). So I only took 1 scoop, with about 250ml of water. It tasted pretty good. I then headed off to the gym (you should be taking NO-Xplode 30-45mins before your workout).
Half way to the gym (I walk) I was starting to feel a sudden energy burst…it was a weird feeling; suddenly I really, really wanted to train.
After playing around a bit with dosage and regularity of use I think I found a good cycle. I would have 2 scoops before training only. I did not take it on non-training days. Then after 6 weeks on NO-Xplode, I would take 2 weeks off. This is the cycle I have used for the last 8 months with great success.”
One person’s endorsement, but be aware however that no product is without its side effects and drawbacks. Some to look out for are: there is an increased risk of you suffering tendon injury and muscle pulls, strains, tears, etc. because you will likely lift much more weight when taking NO-Xplode (sometimes without proper form because you are so jacked up mentally). Also, your muscles retain more water from the creatine. This combination increases your susceptibility to these injuries. Another side effect relates to the effect on your liver.
If you take NO-Xplode, you should at all costs avoid alcohol. You put a huge toll on your liver if you do so and you will undoubtedly feel it the next day.
